Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, all sales are final once preparation has begun.

Eligible for Review

We may offer a remake or refund at our discretion if:

  • The incorrect item was prepared

  • There was a clear preparation error

Requests must be made immediately at pickup or upon receiving the order.

  • Change of mind
